2013年5月，身处北京的10名来自各个行业的女性聚到了一起，建立了中国第一个女性个人和职业发展互助公益平台——励媖中国。In May 2013, 10 women from various industries in Beijing gathered together to establish China's first platform for women's development – 励媖中国.
励媖中国是一个女性个人和职业发展互助平台。我们通过在全国建立活跃的女性社区，与企业、大学和政府有关组织等机构的战略合作，推 广导师及互助文化，培养发展女性领导力。励媖中国 is a platform for women's career and self-development. Through the 励媖 community and cooperation with companies, universities, and government organizations, we have promoted the mentoring and fostered the development of female leadership.
目前全国20多个城市和100多个大学已经孵化了励媖圈子和社区。Currently, more than 20 cities and 100 universities in China have already incubated the 励媖中国 circle and community.
